Coffee obsessed since 2009 ish. Passed the Q Grader exam in 2013 and became the head roaster for Commonfolk in Victoria. Now in Townsville- Ryan leads Long Shot as we bring delicious coffee to the people of North Queensland.
Annabel
2015 is when coffee became a passion. Comprised of mostly caffeine, Annabel handles production roasting and most deliveries. She ensures the coffee tastes delicious and makes it to customers on time.
Kirsten
Refusing to drink bad coffee since 2010. Honestly, her witty banter is better than her latte art. Kirsten runs the Long Shot espresso bar on Saturdays. She occasionally runs our coffee classes teaching the next generation of baristas how to not suck.
Patrick
If you've enquired about wholesale, you have spoken to Patrick. Setting up cafes to serve delicious coffee and be successful long term is what Patrick obsesses over. He also happens to be an excellent photographer and film maker.
Lincoln
Visit our Tomlins St cafe, and you will meet Link. Freakishly good at remembering what coffee you ordered last. His playlists are always top-notch too.
