ESPRESSO 101

When: Tuesday August 13, 3pm to 5pm
Where: Long Shot Roastery, 3/14 Whitehouse St, Garbutt.

This class focuses extensively on making great-tasting espresso, the foundation of all cafe drinks.

Over a 2 hours session, students learn how to control the espresso machine and grinder to modulate espresso flavour and troubleshoot problems whilst maintaining an effective work flow behind the bar.

The class concludes with hands-on troubleshooting of incorrectly brewed espresso.
