ESPRESSO 101 BARISTA CLASS

Great tasting espresso is the foundation of all cafe drinks.
Regardless of how quickly you make the coffee, or how pretty you can make the latte art, people will always remember how it tasted.

Over a 2 hours session, students learn how to control the espresso machine and grinder to brew espresso with flavour. Along the way we learn the system for fixing bad tasting brews and efficient workflow.

The class concludes with hands-on troubleshooting of incorrectly brewed espresso.
