This blend is all about full body and silkytexture. We want oozy espressos and bold flat whites.
We look for coffees that have stacks of body, minimal acidity, and gentle bitterness.
Right now Hefty is a blend of:
80% Labareda Plantation, Brazil 20% Nebilyer Plantation, PNG
Tastes Like: Toffee and raisins.
Hefty has been roasted with the espresso machine and a healthy serving of milk in mind, however, this blend can also work well in an Aeropress, percolator, and cold brew.
