We have been looking for a coffee producer in PNG that we can build a long term relationship with. After asking around, a bit of googling, these guys came onto our radar.
At the Nebilyer plantation, coffee is selectively harvested, floated to separate underripe cherry, and dried on raised beds.
We have incorporated this coffee into HEFTY, but we think it can absolutely stand on it's own.
