This sencha is a smooth-drinking green tea.
The trick to getting great sweetness from green teas is short brew times.
20 seconds with a low brew water temperature 80-85 degrees helps reduce the bitterness that can enter the brew.

Also, we use green tea regularly at Long Shot.
Green tea is great if you need to do a coffee detox.

The caffeine from green tea seems to be absorbed more slowly, helping relieve the headache that comes from reducing your coffee consumption.
