The coffee

Origin: Popayán, Colombia

This coffee is decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate method, which removes caffeine while preserving the natural flavour of the coffee.

In practical terms, it means you get a cup that tastes much closer to regular coffee than most decaf options.
